1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Works in various temperatures and environments.
