1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. The position offers up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and organization.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and suggest enhancements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
