1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
