Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality assessments.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
