Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, and move throughout the warehouse.
