1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with the team and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
