Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler, a vital role in our warehouse operations. Our package handlers ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, providing top-quality products to our customers. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and work both independently and in a team.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in various temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
