1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at ALDI. This full-time role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with the team and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious acts, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
