Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill store orders and provide quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
