Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $26.75 per hour and various schedule options to accommodate your availability. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
