1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and adherence to procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Operate powered industrial equipment.
