1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI’s team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Shows conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, and perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
