Job Description

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at ALDI. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse environment offers both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide comprehensive training and safety programs to ensure your success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious and collaborative behaviors.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Work efficiently and independently within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
