1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate handling of merchandise and maintaining overall warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders promptly.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership, providing feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues to management.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
