1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
