We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include organizing merchandise, relocating goods, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and management to enhance operational processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.

Physical Demands

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate equipment safely.
