1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move and prepare merchandise for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical tasks and operate industrial equipment.
