1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a critical role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our growing customer base. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Successful candidates will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
