1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. The role involves selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will collaborate with team members, provide input to enhance processes, and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment. Perform warehouse tasks in varying temperatures while ensuring safety.
