Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
