1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker for our company. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Take warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Work independently within responsibilities and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates a Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and operate powered industrial equipment.
