1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, with differentials based on the shift schedules. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
