1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week and a competitive starting wage of up to $19.00- $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration with the team, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency in organization and execution.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, grip, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
