Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. The ideal candidate must demonstrate organizational skills, follow safety guidelines, and communicate information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
