1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Stocker for 1st Shift at Aldi. This is a full-time position requiring 30-35 hours per week, starting wage up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. The chosen candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Clean and maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
