1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a part-time warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will be responsible for tasks such as stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading, cleaning, and inventory management, all while maintaining safety standards and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, success-driven, and efficient.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
