1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers to join our team at ALDI. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, with various scheduling options available. As a Warehouse Stocker, your duties will include receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. This role requires adherence to safety guidelines, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and operate machinery.
