We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
