1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a part-time employee working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. From receiving and selecting stock to maintaining warehouse cleanliness, you will ensure that our stores are well-supplied to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
