1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking, relocating, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of store orders. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain warehouse standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to changes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
