1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's warehouse operations team. Our warehouse employees work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders. You will also participate in inventory counts, maintain warehouse appearance standards, and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
