1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, and operates on a 1st shift schedule starting at 7:00 AM/PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and safely operate industrial equipment.
