1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring First Shift Warehouse Stockers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
