1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and able to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
