1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration with team members, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality inspections.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
