1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. We have openings for multiple schedules, including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
