1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi and contribute to our warehouse operations. Working in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing products for shipment to our stores. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
