1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, with various scheduling options available. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and management to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
