Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk in varying temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
