1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with the starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
