Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. If you are detail-oriented, physically able to lift and move products, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
