Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
