Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock selection, organization, and shipment preparation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
