Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in moving, organizing, and maintaining merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and impeccable warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
