1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team is responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. This part-time position offers valuable training and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment safely.
