Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a vital role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and communicate safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 for employment at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
