We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
