1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and ready to serve our customers. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and move up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
