Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse is organized and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
