We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and inspections.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
